Tryptic Soy Broth (TSB) with Lecithin and Tween® 80 is a nutrient-rich liquid medium used for the cultivation of bacteria. It contains enzymatic digests of casein and soybean meal, making it ideal for general-purpose microbial growth. The addition of lecithin and Tween® 80 enhances the neutralization of disinfectants, making this formulation especially suitable for environmental monitoring and sterility testing in pharmaceutical and cleanroom settings.
