Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of high order volumes or manufacturing requirements, shipment may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there are significant delays.
Shipping Rate & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control. International deliveries may be subject to additional delivery delays.
We primarily ship through UPS and FedEx, but reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your region.
Backordered Items
Our store does not currently support live inventory tracking. As a result, there may be occasions when an item you purchase is temporarily backordered.
If this happens, our team will contact you directly to provide an estimated lead time. The item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available at our warehouse.
If your order includes multiple items, we may ship the available items first and send the backordered item separately at no additional shipping cost to you.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
MBI ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Some restrictions may apply based on product type.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MBI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Orders (DAP – Delivery at Place)
MBI ships internationally under the DAP (Delivery at Place) incoterm. This means we are responsible for delivering the goods to the destination country, but the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other applicable charges upon arrival. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges displayed at checkout.
Please ensure that you are aware of your country’s import regulations and costs before placing an order. TriForest Enterprises Inc. is not liable for delays or additional charges resulting from customs processing.
Damages & Claims
